When this functionality is used, we may access limited YouTube data related to comments on videos published on our channels, including:

  • comment text

  • comment ID

  • video ID

  • channel ID

  • author display name

  • author channel URL

  • comment publication date

  • reply thread information

 

We do not access private Google account data such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, or other unrelated Google services.

How Google and YouTube Data Is Used

 

This data is used only to support moderation and response workflows on our YouTube channels. This may include:

  • reviewing comments

  • replying to comments

  • identifying spam, abusive content, or misinformation

  • removing comments that violate moderation policies

 

This data may be processed temporarily through automation tools used for comment moderation.

Sale or Sharing of Google Data

 

Google user data obtained through the YouTube Data API is not sold, rented, or used for advertising purposes.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to operate the comment moderation workflow described in this policy.

 

Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
